7 Months

Six months was a long month for us. I did not realize until around 8:00 p.m. last Monday evening that Bryson was seven months old. He has a tooth coming in - we discovered it two weeks ago from today while he was eating his mama and daddy's baked potato. With his surgery and cold (that I don't think he is ever going to get over) it is hard to tell if it bugs him. I can see the tooth though just barely through the skin.

He is also sitting up pretty good by himself now. We have had to put a hold on the crawling practice while he has been recovering, but he is wanting to go so bad (especially when the dog comes around him). Oh, he is going to torture poor Mason when he is able to crawl and walk (poor dog).

The past couple of weeks he has been a major mama's boy. I think a lot of it has to due with him not feeling good. When I have Brian take him so I can at least use the bathroom - he just cries until I get back. In a way I love it, but in another I really need to get things done in the house.

I love this picture below. It looks like he is praying (yes, with his eyes open - what little kid shuts their eyes while praying?). I have a similar picture of him like this when he was six weeks old. I love capturing little precious moments like this. He is praying "Dear Lord, I promise to be a good boy if you will make it all better!" :) And, God says "Bryson, that is why I sent you to your mama, and remember take your medicine!" Like a typical boy he only heard the first part, he did not listen to second. :)
Bryson has also learned to give rasberries. Here is a video of him doing rasberries. It is kind of long, but I figured if I kept recording he would do a few more, but he stopped once he noticed the camera.

Bryson sippy cup take one... Below is a video of Bryson with his sippy cup. He does not really drink out of it once he gets choked, but I think the talking is hilarious. It sounds like he is mad at the cup or something. :)

Bryson sippy cup take two...

Baby boy, you are so precious and such strong little man for your age. I know a lot of little boys could not go through what you have and still be such a happy baby. I love you with all my heart, and I am so ready for the next adventures with you!!!

You were saying how Bryson wants to crawl so bad when your dog is around...Mackenzie does that too. She gets so excited and will start squealing and pulling Sadie's fur! :) (Sadie is very patient...thank goodness.)

The video's are cute! He's getting so big! Time goes by so fast...Mackenzie was 6 months on the 21st of Feb! Before you know it, we'll be posted our kid's 1st birthday pics!?!?! :(
I'm glad he's feeling better. I hope the cold continue's to improve!
