Six-Month Check-up and Pictures

Bryson had his six-month check-up last week and he weighed 18 lbs 6 oz and was 28 1/4" long. He is still in the 97% in height and 75% in weight. His shots went much better than the time before, but he kept his eye on the nurse the whole to make sure he was not going to poke him again. Here he is all konked out from his bad day.

Here are Bryson's six-month pictures. A lot of you have probably already seen them, but they were too cute not to post. He had them taken at Sear's and they did a good job. His grandma Earp got him the horse below and he loves the thing, and the photographer was great to work with our props.

Since Brian does not read this I will tell you now so he can't argue with me. Bryson looks like my family in these pictures. Normally I think he looks like his daddy, but he is starting to look like a Short in the pictures below (God love him).
Whoa horsey, not too fast I just ate!! :) He kept talking to the horse it was so funny.

Her are his cousin's Haylee and Jamison. Amy and I call Haylee - Angelica (from Rugrats) and Bryson and Jamison are her minnions. She is actually really good with them. She calls Bryson her little man. She will go up to him and talk with her "baby voice" and say "hey my little man, how's my little man." He just smiles. Haylee kept telling the ladies at Sears this is a boy and this is a girl and they are getting married. She doesn't quite get that cousins does not mean boyfriend/girlfriend in Oklahoma! :) He loves all his cousins. Him and Jamison had not seen each other in three weeks and Amy brought her up to the church and Bryson went crazy after her, and she just kept smiling and cooing at him. It was adorable. She has the cutest little dimples. Someone once asked us if they were twins, and Amy and I joke that Bryson is the fat one. Afterwards I have to tell him we meant phat! :) Nana will set the two of them facing each other in their car seats and they just talk and laugh with one another. We wonder what they are saying. Oh, the fits those two will cause us when they get bigger. :)
