Happy Easter!

Bryson and I had a really good Easter - daddy had to work. We got all dressed up and went to church. Bryson has become aware of the route I take to get to church, and gets all excited and starts yelling "yeah church, yeah." He did this on Sunday, and then when he saw the church he started just talking away and I looked in my rear view mirror and he had his hands folded and then he said "Amen. I prayed mommy. Your turn mommy, you pray." I started to pray and and when I said Amen he yells, "yeah mommy, Go Pokes!" It was the sweetest, cutest, and funniest thing! BTW - I was not praying for the Cowboys. He has been saying Go Pokes at the end of every prayer - don't know where he got it from but it is funny!

We had a cute little children's Easter Program at church and great message. Then it was off to the Fellowship Hall for Easter Egg Hunting (thanks to the rain). Bryson only picked up three eggs, but they were all money eggs!

Here is my handsome little man in his Easter Outfit! I got his haircut on Saturday, and I asked him if he was going to look all handsome with his new cut and he says, "don't have time mommy, no time." :) Seriously, where do they pick these things up? He loved his tie, he thought he was such a big boy with his tie and cool hair going on! :) He kept saying "I big boy."
Miss Jamison - isn't she so precious! Haylee was too busy getting eggs I could not get her to stop to take a picture for me.
Easter Egg Hunt
After the hunt - those three eggs really wore him out! :)

After church we went to my Aunt Tracy's for Easter Dinner. Believe it or not they actually let me cook something - well by cook I mean green beans that were heated up in the microwave, but it counts! As soon as we get to Tracy's Bryson goes straight to Jacob's room and starts playing with the Rock Band drum set. We caught him and Tyler jamming out. Tyler provided the music and vocals!

I think this picture was taken after Kelly took the drum sticks from him - not very happy.

Tracy's kids are now "too old" for the whole egg hunt so they hid eggs out in the new barn/shed for Haylee, Bryson, and Jamison. They each got the same number of eggs, but the two little ones could have cared less what was in them - they just wanted to find the eggs. My son only wanted the ones he had to climb on things to get to. After he hunted he found Rebecca's skateboard helmet and climbed on the 4wheeler.

Then poppy took Bryson inside and they went through his candy (without his momma knowing). I later asked how many pieces he had eaten and my dad said he only had one piece - RIIIGHT!

Bryson may have had only one piece, but what's that in your mouth poppy?
